HIV AWARENESS BLOCKPARTY
A Day of Education and Fun
HIV Awareness Block Party is a time to enjoy music, dance, and also become aware of a disease affecting our community. 1/3 of new HIV cases are among people under the age of 30. To combat this statistic we hope to raise awareness of HIV in our community by offering free HIV tests and providing information about the disease. Every year we give free testing to roughly 100 students at Florida State University.
HIV Awareness Block Party is also a time to have fun along with many student organizations on campus. Many organizations will be tabling all night and food will also be provided. Music will be playing all night so do not get left behind on getting tested and also having a great time with the FSU community.
